What's the aesthetic difference between posterior impaction with anterior down graft and a global downgraft for clockwise rotation?

They both make the face longer but what's the overall difference in aesthetic results between these 2 ways to do down grafts for cw rotation?

If you already have a long face impaction may work but it is removing a quite significant amount of bone which should be avoided imo unless there is no other way
