yeah to be fair it depends strongly on height and hip measurement you want to ideally be 1.5-1.6 shoulder width ratio for reference im classified very good with 21 inch shoulder width and 13 inch hip most guys have narrow

seems quite low to be fair you can try this usa navy test for body fat i know its not accurate but it helps determine your build what is good and what is bad
