Those 3 you mentioned are literally my top 3 that I tend to rewatch every year or so jfl
My top 4 & 5 would prolly be Gintama and Fullmetal Alchemist

Sounds cliche to say but AOT has to be the best anime tv show. Pound for pound the episodes dropped in season 3 part 2 cannot be matched. Other goats include Naruto Shippuden, One piece, Steins gate, Fullmetal Alchemist, HXH, Deathnote and maybe even Code Geass and Neon Genesis Evangelion

My favourite ones as an oldcel:

#1. Samurai Champloo


Incredible anime, which I rewatched a few times. Everything about it EXCEPTIONAL. Plot, humour, design, music. Just exceptional.

#2. Berserk (1997)


Old cartoon is one of the best anime series in existence. Fights, plot, friendship and betrayal. Mind-blowing turn of the plot at the end. Do not watch the newer berserk animes: they are cancer.

#3. Ergo Proxy


If you are into dark dystopias, this is the best one, I love it myself.

#4. Gantz (old anime) + Gantz O (new CGI)



Might seem mindless at first, but the characters are the most realistic in all of the anime. Also, the premise unique and crazy.

#5. Madoka Magica



Might seem like a movie for pedos, but actually quite a deep and touching anime with unpredictable plot.

#6. NHK ni Youkoso!



Anime about a typical looksmaxxer from Autists.org right before their mother drives them away from their basement
You might feel a lot of connection to the main character

#7. Dorohedoro



Seen demons cook Ravioli? And then devils ride a motorbike? Well, if you havent you need to watch this

ALL OF THESE ARE UNIQUE, unlike the generic trash you posted (Piece, Naruto, Attack on titan, etc. havent even watched them beyond a few episodes). Any can be voted as the "best" in its own right.

Champloo and Dorohedoro were both really great. U should get into those 3 animes u mentioned, all three are actually really good even if they might be overhyped. Don't be such a boomer
