What's the best calorie deficit a day?

I want to get to 12% BF, idk my bf but I'm skinny, what's the deficit that can get me there as fast as possible without killing me in the process?

I'm good at fasting and I can do lotsa cardio so I don't care about discomfort

how tall are you? I'm 6ft and my weight goal is 68, more or less. at 70kg range, my face starts to lean.
 
250-500 under your tdee

the best deficit is under your calories you burn on the daily, on average is 2500 for men so you need to burn like 2750 or 3000 with moving or just eat less

I burn 1800 doing nothing then allegedly 400 doing 1h of aerobic = -2200c a day

Does that mean i should increase deficit to -2600 for great cut?

just do 2k with some cardio
