Hello, in addition to weight lifting I would like to add a cardio training in order to improve their physical condition.

What's the "best" training for that ? If possible a training that can be done in my gym so I can do it even in winter. Thanks :chad:

hour long sex sessions with your stacy oneitis.

that, or swimming and cycling. Both are way more fun than running, can be scaled up easier in both duration and intensity than running and dont absolutely rape your joints and shins. But if you can find a form of cardio that you generally enjoy then do that since cardio is boring in general, and you want to stick to it long term for results. It also depends on why you want to do cardio of course. If it is for a sport or to last in bed you should do specialised/specific movements like sprints for tennis and american football or jumping rope/shadowboxing for any combat sport, just in general do the motion you want to gain stamina in repetively for long periods of time/lots of reps, possibly with resistance/added weights. gigawater but you asked

yeah hiit mogs hard for aesthetic benefit (angiogenesis for vascularity) and energy burn/fat loss but it is much more intense than steady state and will probably cut into your leg training

Probably rowing, might as well get upper body gains in the process.

I just run, since no gym membership and cycling would be a swift death here.

Running, always running. fads come and go, but running is the tried and true. Preferably do it outdoors, even in the winter when it gets cold, i run in 20-30 minus celsius every winter.

join a boxing gym or some martial art school the workouts they do are the equivalent of a HIIT workout + it's fun, it complements gymcelling well

i'd also add that, if you want to get the most ammount of burn/tiredness/intensity for the least ammount of time (i..e efficieny) try a legit combat sport. No Dong Poo or anything like that, rather something like boxing, wrestling, mma etc. I used to be a kickboxingcel back when i was 15-16 and i remember it being the most intense cardio i had ever done, especially when sparring but also during heavy bag work or drilling combinations with a partner. Several other people in the dojo also said the same (these were people who had experienced with other types of cardio) and it is well known in general. You will sweat like an absolute pig and be fully spent after just 2 to 3 minutes of sparring or continious heavy bag work. Sparring is also very fun if you take it seriously so it has that advantage aswel Both can be done inside and outside

steady state at first but then you can mix in sprints as your stamina increases so that you switch from steady state to sprint and then back to steady state.

Swimming because it’s easy on joints, and builds your lats, upper back, and shoulders while doing cardio

Running while fat or just very heavy also kill your joints and shins (i even felt the shock of running throughout my clavicles back when i tried runcelling for a bit, could just be subhuman genetics/build tho) even more. Swimming and cycling doesn't, if anything being overweight increases the intensity of swimming and cyclingg naturally in a healthy way.

running too much is also horrible. i was a skinny kid in middle school and got shin splints from running so much and i had gotten slower afterwards
