most of you will find walking on an incline treadmill boring.. I would rather go home and scroll or play games than do cardio

but then you realise your just missing out on health and a higher maintenance.

well this is how you fix that. you need to treat cardio like a reward and this is done by not having ANY TikTok/social media before (maybe even after) doing your cardio

only use social media, or use 75% of your time on social media while walking on a treadmill. This means tht you will get the instant dopamine hit WHILE you do cardio so then you are more likely to do more cardio and therefore burn more calories.
This tactic will also reduce your total screen time and productivity as who’s doing over an hour of incline walking

some of us have high tolerance to dopamine and dont get addicted easily, i tried vaping for a month for leanmaxxing and i didnt get addicted so i just stopped hitting it, even when i force myself to get addicted to normie activitys my brain refuses, i doubt timing me watching youtube on the treadmill is gonna trick my brain jfl just get on the treadmill and watch a podcast or something and stop being lazy

everyone can do cardio once but can you do it 4-5x a week max incline on 5km/h while being on a deficit and also working a full time job for months on end? also podcasts are shit, watching TikTok is proven to consume more time in your perspective

you're not getting anything from tiktok i might aswell knowledgemaxx and watch an informative podcast while walking so i can get lean and learn something, tiktok is just fucking up my dopamine and i only use it for edits and bp content

dawg who wants to listen to a fucking podcast about knowledge during the worst hour of your day

is rather look at TikTok’s of people who are much more lean than me and force myself to stay on

This is kind of like putting nicotine patches on a girl while she's sleeping next to you so she gets addicted to being with you
