What’s the best combination of surgeries to fix an adenoid/mouth breather facial structure?

I couldn’t put my finger on it at first, but I think the reason a lot of bimax results I’ve seen are underwhelming is because when the entire facial structure is recessed, just having bimax done isn’t sufficient to emulate proper, forward facial growth. Bimax doesn’t solve the issue of a recessed upper maxilla and zygos because the cut is just too low on the maxilla. Obviously, in theory, getting a Lefort III would be ideal, but that isn’t an option unless you’re very severely deformed.

In my case, I’d say I’m a bit recessed, and my face has definitely collapsed inwards. My biggest failo because of it is my under eye support. Shitty under eye support is just a result (at least in my case) of the maxilla collapsing, and the rest of your facial structure follows along for the ride.

So in ur guys opinion what’s the best combination of procedures to fix the oh-so-common mouth breather face? I’d say infra implants + zygo implants + bimax + rhino + genio if needed but I’m not sure. I included a few bimax before and after photos to show how underwhelming some of the results can be.

tbh either do jester patel thumbpulling or lefort 30 or just sleep with tape on ur mouth. I am 15 and i am 6ft with wide clavicles but unfortunately i do have a recessed maxilla, but just make your other features outshine that one feature ur lacking.
