What’s the best diet to ascend in almost all areas

I’m hoping I get serious responses.

So I was thinking bc I just had surgery and have let myself go badly what’s the best diet we all should be doing and when I think of all these different diets like to raise igf-1 and growth hormone and testrone naturally through fasting and then breaking fast with certain foods to get the absolute best results but also combining this with gym and hitting proteins.

Sorry if this is all over the place bc it is I’m just going off whatever I’m thinking all at once

But can u guys recommend like what times/hours should we be fasting and what food to break those fast with, foods to avoid and foods and drinks we should be drinking to spike stuff

High protein nutrient dense animal based diet, carbs only timed around activities, no carbs in the morning, obviously no things like crazy processed foods, seed oils, no snacking in between meals, you should try and keep your insulin low, also the base of your diet should be animal foods like red meat, organs, etc

What you reckon about fasting and when the first and last meal of the day should be also how many meals per day and what should first meal of the day be containing

first meal should be only fat and protein, no carbs, no sugar, nothing that spikes your insulin. You should always fast in between meals (no snacking) especially if you want to stay looking debloated and lean (insulin will bloat you like crazy), the less meals a day the better but i wouldnt do more than 3, 2-1 is the best tbh. I personally like to start my day with some eggs and avocado and a little cheese but as long as it doesnt contain alot of carbs you should be fine, also fasting can be a good tool for losing fat or getting a good start (transitioning from a goyslop diet to a good diet) but its pretty overrated

also a bit unrelated but movement is key, try and get a little movement here and there especially after heavy meals, as a human you should almost never be sedentary
