What’s the best dosage of Letrozole to keep plates open without too harsh side effects?

I’ve asked ai and looked online and checked forums here but I’m still unsure. The general consensus seems to be between 1.25mg every other day to 2.5mg every day. Those who take Letrozole or are high iq on ais please help me out here
