What's the best exercises to get lean

I'm 14, 5'10, and chubby I want to get lean but I don't know where to start there's so many exercises and diets I see and half seem to good to be true or seem like scams, I do alot of cardio but I don't know what else to do or any diets.

cardio everyone 30 mins to an hour, then just eat 2 meals a day no snacks

I do cardio often yet don't see much change I'll walk for hours, how long Is optimal??
hmmm, well are you eating in a deficit? and how long have you been cutting for?

you don't lose weight with exerice
you lose weight by eating less
it takes time too

you do execice to lose weight only when you can't go lower in calories without being malnourished

I don't know how much I should be having I don't have a scale at home so I cant figure it out

I'll try 2 meals a day with no snacks and hour of cardio if that doesn't have results in a month I'll send pics and get a scale

eat less move more. itll be like 2 weeks before you body acutally starts burning stored fat tho so just stay consistent and locked in and u got this.

don't get fucking lean if u are 14 nigga

Eating in a deficit
 
If you weren’t 14 i’d tell you to hop on reta, but since you are 14 things will happen relatively fast still if you are consistent. It’s summer and you cant be THAT fat so doing what im about to say should yield some noticeable results before school starts. Wake up and immediately walk for an hour and a half fasted, then do it again but you can break it up into 30 minute intervals. Only eat protein (chicken, tuna, etc) do not have more than 700 cals(the less the better but be safe). You will lose muscle but it’s better to rebuild on a slimmer base. Also chew gum and have a hobby to distract you from feeling hungry.
