What's the best for a half Asian half White guy to ascend? (pic)

I'm already kinda tall 6'1, and am about to start a roid cycle (500mg test, dht cream for 12 weeks). I think the main problem is my face which I'm tryna lean out and possibly grow with test, dht, and hgh cause I'm still 17. What surgeries would be the best for me, also just general looksmaxxing advice? I'm going to try to go for tall, jacked, tatted look, idk if I can pull it off but I think it might be the only way to ascend. (in pic skin is peeling cause tretinoin)
