Whats the best gym split for a 15 year old

im currently running: 1)push 2)pull 3)legs core 4)upper 5)rest 6)cardio abs 7)rest
in the push/pull days biceps and triceps are switched (biceps in push tricrps in pull)
Day 1) chest shoulders biceps
Day 2) back triceps
Day 3) legs core
Day 4) upper body
Day 5) rest
Day 6) cardio core
Day 7) rest
What should i change?
 
This is terrible but you shouldn’t care so much about your spilt as what matters is how hard u train and how much u eat. But if you really want the optimal spilt I find Arnold works the best ( arms and shoulders , legs and core , chest and back, rest repeat.) this can be thrown in any order and you should place your accessories (forearms etc) at the end of your shortest days
