What’s the best hair colour for blue eyes

I have normal Blue Eyes rn (not dark Not light) and I wanna get ice Blue contacts. Rn im blonde and idk if I should dye my hair

dye it dark brown, specifically a tint that's less saturated and cooler, obviously depends on your facial composition but this is the general rule of thumb.

sure, but a darker brown is generally more appealing to the female gaze, you want 30% feminist dimorphism too you know, plus too much contrast from your natural hair color when dying looks awful when the roots grow out, dark brown is probably a safer bet at the moment.
