Try heather honey. It is so viscous to the point you could literally tip it upside down and it wouldn’t move a bit. Occasionally it’s even solid. It’s got this slight unique kick to it too.

Definitely a go to, this year was pretty terrible for bees in the UK so I couldn’t get much, I settled for 10 jars and it’s lasted me till now

Be careful, I once choked on a spoonful of honey, it got stuck in my throat and stuck in the walls of my throat, I almost passed out jfl.

Always keep a glass of water handy in case you need it.

Or drink water first, hydrate your throat and then the spoonful of honey.
