What's the best kind of trading to be doing?

I dont know alot about it but I tried meme coins and just used like 20 dollars to experiment, as expected I didn't profit, atleast so far. Should I just stick with that or try something else? Also is betting a good way to make money? Im not expecting some instant money thing I will be patient and learn before giving up but im just wondering what is actually optimal
