Whats the best lifts to use for frauding at 5’10

I really needa use my braincels atp to think, how can I get away w lift frauding? Bc most of my days is in the boxing gym.

And my height is 5’10 1/2. Till what point can I fraud?

Use a shoe with a big sole and 1 inch lifts on top of it. More inches and you start to walk funny and normies notice
