This is me with a mid ground not full size not atrophied i am getting botox so i wanna know what would make my face look best with them like this, them being bigger or atrophied with botox

Im also doing upper lip botox and my lower lip looks small cause my expression and i am a little overweight and bpoated cause im on cycle tryna gain size
