Whats the best method to gain weight in a healthy way

Protein and carbs have about 4 calories per gram, fat has 9 calories per gram

Consume more fat

Avocados, butter, unheated olive oil, nuts, fatty cuts of meat, eggs, fish
(I wouldn't recommend dairy since many people can't handle it and it can be inflammatory, however if you're okay with it than it would fine to include it for weight gain)

Include more fruit in diet, it's hard to gain weight without insulin. I tried to eat more fat with very low glucose/fructose to gain weight and only ended up losing fat

How old are u? Poster above me gave gd advice but u will prob just end u spinning ur wheels and not gaining much. Barely seen any1 gain lean muscle eating clean outside of newby gains or muscle memory gains. If ur young adding some full fat dairy to up ur calories shouldnt be a problem for ur health.
