for the day use a light weight one and at night use a thick one that makes ur skin shiny, regardless of tret or not. if ur skin turns dry on tret apply more moisturizer, and in my experience its the cleanser thats the issue, use a very gentle non foaming one, my old cerave one dried the shit out of me and caused some white peeling
