Whats the best Moisturizer to top my skincare?

I have the same skin condition as @NorwoodAscender. Im using only distilled water to wash my face max once a day HA Serum, 4:1 Glycerin solution, Matrixyl, Vit C Serum, PA++++ Sunscreen.
As Moisturizer i been using La Roche Posay cicaplast baume b5 but it leaves a weird white film and doesnt work to good as a base for cc cream.
I am not prone to acne at all so please give me a recommendation for a very hydrating moisturizer.

I use Erborian Centalla's Hydratant Apaisant Soothing Moisturizer.
I would not use any skincare products outside of a moisturiser and only if your face is dry.

Looks kinda expensive is it worth it?
Also why not use skincare? Besides the vit c all of these act soothing imo

I don't believe in commercial skincare, I only use the moisturiser on days where my skin feels dry after shaving since I'm also on 20mg of isotretinoin a day. If I wasn't on isotretinoin then I probably wouldn't use it. What do you mean by "act soothing"?
I like it a lot but if out of your price range, I'm sure you can find cheaper alternatives.

I have a skin condition where my skin is overly dry, red, irritated and hot. All the hydrating serums help with that i just need a good moisturizer

Okay I see, would something like Vitamin E cream, paw paw balm, or similar not work better? Concerned that these things will hinder and not help.
Sunscreen is obviously fine though.

Nah ive tried everything this works perfect just not happy with my moisturizer lol
