What’s the best no sulphate shampoo for 2a - 2b hair?

My hair is slightly wavy with low density and a bit of volume. I tried doing no poo but it ended up raping my hair and now it’s a mess of dandruff and redness.

Any tips on good shampoos and other products?

Just use nizoral twice a week for two weeks then once a week. It'll keep the dandruff away. You don't need another shampoo if you have wavy hair
