can i do this after ice cream fitness? Im skinny and id like to increase my baseline lazy strength to something respectableanything with compounds but v taper focused. Like OHP, diagonal push, vertical/horizontal pulls as primary exercises
just have a v taper because you have wide clavicles and a thin waist (no amount of gym will get you this)
thats compounds+ compounds u wouldnt be able to handle both properly. Focus on the movements that i said to aestheticmax. SInce its compound movements, u will get stronger. i can easily lift 100lb+ luggage through stair cases at my job but i still feel im weaker than my friends who weigh more
