180 at 14. So that's 190 by 18. 195 if you hit another growth spurt

don't mew and clench so hard. pushing the tongue hard on your palate will force the epiglotis into unfavorable position and your breathing will go shit. Just shut your mouth and keep your tongue relaxed. That's enough. I'd recommend thumb pulling (only if you're skilled enough to do it). But your skull is well developed so i don't see the point in messing up the midface ratios
