Whats the best procedure for your upper lip?

But i realised i dont know any good upper lip surgery. If u guys know any pls lmk. I dont think filler are worth it and an upper lip lift shortens your philtrum so idk if its worth it. Plus i have lots of asymmetry im ny upper lip (like major major jfl) so what do u guys think the best upper lip procedures are?
