Im 16 and ive been fat my whole life while growing up and when i entered puberty at 14 , thats when i started getting more aware of the way i look and i started going to the gym , fasting , lowering calories significantly and all of this fucking shit you typically see in middle aged women . Well fast forward one year i did some type of transformation and i lost the weight almost but i think i was malnutritioned almost the whole time which delayed my puberty to start later . ( i will leave before and after ) . So rn im still kinda insecure , most comes from my brain cuz growing up fat makes me feel fat even now . But thats not the point .I want to maximise what i have left for puberty even for bones facial aesthetics height and i want to know , WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST FOR A 16 year old in puberty , how to eat , supplements and wtv else you can think of . I will stop the cut and i will focus on these things cuz in the long term that will make me better and help me develop better . i dont think its worth it to not maximise my growth now for a little bit of more leanness
