What’s the best shaving cream + razor for shaving?

Want to maximize my shaving and have no idea what the optimal tools are.

For me I use double safety razor containing just one blade, that way I avoid ingrowns. As for shaving cream, I use what called Moroccan black soap (the hard one) with a badger shaving brush.
