I’m tryna decide between tret and azelaic acid
Or 20mg accutane every other day with 0.025% tret a few days, or accutane and azelaic acid, cerave cleanser dries my skin even the hydrating one, some don’t use a cleanser, idk


Is effaclar h better or b5 cicaplast from la Roche posay

Ik it evens out skin tone but it kills acne causing bacteria

I had very mild acne and i went to an extremely based dermatologist who just perscribed me 40mg accutane daily for like 6 months if i remember correctly. If you can handle that i would recommend it. I haven't had a breakout since and i stopped taking accutane like 2 years ago. Its systemic effects last a lot.

What was your routine during accutane, did u have dryness

Just a cleanser and a moisturizer. Most annoying side effect was extremely dry lips, while skin dryness wasnt really a huge issue, especially after the first couple of months.
