what’s the best sleeping position. I usually sleep on my back but recently been sleeping on my side but heard it could cause slight asymmetry. and that sleeping on ur back can cause your tongue to fall back. so idk what position to sleep in anymore.

i be sleeping on my stomach just for my hair not to get too fucked up in the morning
sleeping position doesnt rly matter tho
