Whats the best split for me

Im 14 and am looking to put on mass im on creatine and have been gking to the gym for abt 3 months i go 4-5 days a week im 5 11 if that does anything mostly wanting to grow shoulders and chest

i do upper lower rest but i lowkey been doing upper rest rest recently

Any thing with 3x during the week, push pull, upper lower, or full body every other day. Just focus on lifting heavy, consistency, and consistency. Go to failure. Be safe.
