Whats the best treatment for ice pick and box scars from acne? (besides laser)

I have lots of very tiny ice pick scars and some box scars on the cheeks, is only lasering effective for their treatment or are there different options?

All of these are only good for keloid scars and hyperpygmentation, not for icepick and boxscars, at least from what i read on r/skincareadditcs and r/tretinoin
