This question is so rudimentary with absolutely zero personal nuance.
If you aren't capable of learning stuff like this yourself then you have absolutely zero place taking any AAS let alone Winstrol.

well basically my question is do they have the same effect as the dosage on them because if i inject 30mg or i take an 30mg pill will they be the same potency? ( bioavailable)

Completely arbitrary.
Orals only skip first-pass metabolism which is relevant for if the drug is not orally bioavailable.
Doesn't mean it's better to inject.
There can also be a differing MoA with injection versus oral administration.
Don't offer advice if you're going to later iterate that you don't know much about the exact topic OP is asking about.
