What's the best way/sources to research all the things about different pharmaceuticals

I am pretty lost when it comes to pharmaceuticals, I'd say I have some basic knowledge but just am confused on where to start to research different things and whatnot. If some people could give some advice that would be very appreciated.

u can go grey which is cheaper and more riskier or u can go 3rd party which is legit too and less risky than grey but more expensive

use grok or claude they dont seem to be censored as much. depends what youre asking though, if you are just trying to learn how they work then AI is good but its probably not going to help your source it
