What did you guys find as the best way to ascend? Tryna fuck some bitches help me out
 
by researching and researching. some people are also stuck up on their shitty ideologies which are proven to be bs. like bonesmashing for example. even high dose steroids seems dumb to me.
 
so basically you inject period blood directly into your knee and you'll instantly gain 4 inches + cl face
