Whats the best way to cut bodyfat whilst still getting nutrients for growth?

Some people say to starve for quick bodyfat loss then go back to maintenance to not stunt growth, and then some say a slight deficit will still make you grow and lost bodyfat, which do i do?
 
Just do a slight deficit it’s not that hard

both are easy, im just wondering which way would minimize stunting growth if preventing any

The slight deficit won’t stunt your growth just eat healthy

beef liver max in a deficit do not overdose tho
 
It depends. If youre genetics call for it, the best is to "lean bulk" and over time you can gain muscle and lose fat, tho often its obviously more fat loss than muscle gain.

But if youre new to the gym, you can do both at the same time pretty easily. Just do a sport (if youre in college find a recreational club) if not find a group that does it for fun, and lift on the side. Make sure to lift 4 times a week and progressivly overload and lift heavy and eat right, and do cardio. You will gain muscle and lose fat if youre new to lifting regardless of your genetics (unless they are truly piss poor)

ive been lifting for 1 and a half years so thats why im asking now, im relatively lean and im young, so im considering if i wanna just wait until my buccal fat resolves at like 16 to see what ill look like facially.
