I want to go from 00:00-07:30 to 20:00 to 04:00
This is a near impossible task, but which of the following strategies will give me the best chance:
1. do an all nighter and go to sleep at 18:00 the next day to wake up at 04:00
2. sleep 00:00 to 04:00 then suffer through a brutal wakeup and go to sleep at 20:00 the next day
3. take it slow and push the wake up time/sleep time to 30min earlier every day
