The only reason wisdom teeth are fucked up usually is due to lack of space meaning your jaw is deformed and smaller then it should be

I have a deepbite apparently one side of my teeth is ideal and the other side is shit. Ortho recommended MSE+ invislign+genio hes not sure about jaw surgery but thinks I dont need it. The surgeon that referred me to this ortho said jaw surgery would fix my bite

Its possible you might need it but wait till after MSE. It could fix your space issues.

No really its like 5 months or less to split the palate. The part about MSE that sucks is it leaves a gap inbetween your two front teeth that might take another 6 months for braces or invsalign to fix
