What’s the best way to get into pharmacology

I want to start expanding my depth of knowledge regarding pharmaceuticals and how they can be used to my benefit.

That being said does anyone know where to start because there’s a lot to learn. Any websites or sources, maybe even studies.

Idk if I’m going to look into growth related research specifically or if I’ll end up just trying to gain a generic understanding
