whats the best way to improve my eye area colouring

im blonde with blonde eyebrows and blonde eyelashes so i look gross and albino in bright lighting.
what color/shade should i make my eyebrows and eyelashes?
are they already thick and dense enough or do i need to work on growing them aswell?

they look okay in this when i have the right lighting but most the time they look bad

Thicken eyebrows even more and dye them with the eyelashes
