What’s the best way to loose body fat because I’m loosing weight on the scale but in the mirror looks the same ???

Ok thx im around 185 lbs 6’0 what do u think my goal weight should be in like 3 months?

Yes this is very common with being on a cut. You see numbers changing and yet you look the same. Then, one day, out of nowhere you notice an abdominal vein, another vein on the side of your chest that wasn't visible before.. And it hits you like a truck ; I'm on the right track.

Speaking from experience, already done a cut. In the middle of my second one and I had the same feel even tough I was prepared and just this week, I noticed my ab veins are showing once again.
 
eat in a deficit every day. just dont cheat and thats it. you could do cardio if you wanna speed up the process i guess.
 
also the reason that you are losing weight, but look the same in the mirror is because if you are actually losing weight, the fat on your face, stomach, or wherever you are looking for fat loss, does not just start shredding away. everybody stores and releases fat differently, so one person could have noticeably less fat on their face at the same bf% as another person, and vice versa. If youve dropped a couple pounds and still havent lost fat on the desired places, unfortunatly that means you have to now drop down to a lower bf%. sucks but its just how it works
