What’s the best way to loose weight relatively fast in your guys option?

Is the optimal way just eating in a deficit? Or should you go on a 2 day water fast twice a week?

Is the gym also important or is it mainly the calories that matter?

So the gym is optimal for getting low bodyfat? Should I just gym and eat in a calorie deficit?

IMO best way is intermittent fasting daily (OMAD, one meal a day with all your calories), and then anywhere from 48-72 hour fasts occasionally, like once a month. Anything up to 72 hours will be 99,99% muscle sparing. If 72hours is too hard then just do 48 hours, you don’t want to binge after and lose all progress. Don’t go over 72 hours, that’s when you’ll start to lose lean mass. I would not cut unless you are in the gym to preserve lean mass.

I’m on adhd medication and some anti depressants. I don’t know what semaglutise is. Don’t really have a deadline just wanna loose fast.

It’s ozempic. Just baiscallt a good apatite suppressant that nukes all hunger cravings and food noise.

Yeah is sucks
What’s worked best is cutting out all carbs. Once your blood sugar regulates in a few days all cravings for sugar will go away and should be able to stick to it provided you don’t eat carbs. But once you get the taste of some carbs you may go crazy on the binge.

Yeah it’s almost like a drug when you start eating carbs you can’t stop. Thanks for all the help I appreciate it :)

I’m genuinely convinced they put shit in it to make it addicting. Sugar is a fucking drug. NP help a brother out going through the same struggles.

Will look into semaglutid and see if it’s worth getting.

you’ll be glad to know you can binge on 10k calories and not feel guilt when your lean. 3 days of dieting and your back and you can just repeat that. Brutal tho when your high bf if you do that you will lose literally cuck all.

yes bro starve yourself and go on weekly water fasts that wont deprive you of all your daily needed nutrients or stunt your growth at all
