i want to make a workout routine for PPL split
 
PPL is garbage, full body each group one exercise to failure. If you have the time try two sets and if you're training intensely the maximum is three. German Volume Training is also good if you're starting. Failure training is more advanced.

why is ppl garbage and how is full body better also i am supposed to do full body 3 times a week right
 
4 main exercises:
vertical pull
horizontal pull
vertical push
diagonal push
throw some legs and isolation for arms and lat delts that's all
