A boof tube works wonders. Stuff three drier sheets into a toilet paper tube. Put two extra drier sheets over the one end, fastened with rubber bands. Use a bowl with a carb, snuffing out the ember with your thumb. Make sure you don't cough.

Carts is the go-to as long as you know what's in it
