What’s the best way to take ratio pics?

I always take pics at different zooms with different lenses and always look different

I saw a couple posts say to take pics at 6x with back camera but my camera only zooms to 3x

What’s the most effective way to take a picture of yourself to see your real image?

Face the camera straight on (no tilt).Neutral expression, teeth together, lips relaxed.Eye-level camera, about 1.5–2 m away.Use the 1× back camera, not the selfie camera.Good, even lighting (front-facing daylight).Pull hair back so your hairline is visible.
