Also I recommend going to an actual doctor. Most of the time people tend to confuse scoliosis with anterior pelvic tilt.

Doesn't hurt to get a check-up

Do a few months in federal prison, you'll never stick ur ass out again

I'm going to one, he already gave me insoles and said the next thing would be checking the spine (as to not going so fast) anyway I'm not having medical insurance anymore in a month. But I have scoliosis for sure

If you have a friend or someone around you, you can ask them to check you. Do the forward bend test (as seen here )

On top of that, to %100 make sure your suspicion is at least well-founded then ask a friend to put their index finger on the top of your spine (you should be shirtless) and let him slide all the way to the bottom of your spine. If he feels any deviation when he's sliding his finger down your spine, then you probably do have scoliosis.

These ways can be used to discover if you have scoliosis but by no means are they %100 accurate. You should still get a doctor's opinion

Thanks. I was told by an actual doctor (with x rays scan and everything) that I had scoliosis years ago and my torso feels turned all day long lol

How old are you? Scoliosis is curable up until a certain point.

Put a pillow under your knees while sleeping on your back.

Work your back in the gym and at some point start introducing deadlifts to fix all your column problems.

Work out abs and glutes, begin to contract your glutes while walking until you get used to it.

If your scoliosis isn't severe it can be helped with chiropractic visits and physiotherapy, however your only hope to straighten out your spine is through surgery at this age.

This is a problem that you have probably been building up for years, so it is going to take some time (months, if not years) to fix it. A few pointers:

-Stretch your hip flexors and lower back. Understand that flexibility will not fix your posture, it will just increase the range of motion that you find comfortable to stand/sit/walk in. You have to make a conscious effort to change your posture.
-Exercise in a way that improves your coordination and athleticism. You want stronger hamstrings and glutes, and working out your upper back will probably help as well (if you have hunched shoulders). Avoid exercising your hip flexors. I recommend squats, because they teach you full body coordination and strength. I have personally found that ab exercises are not useful.
-Get evaluated by a chiropractor. If there is a bigger structural problem, the above steps will not fix it.

Expect to see major changes in 6 months. Good luck, I have dealt with the same issues in the past.
