What's the best weight for me

6'5 195cm (without shoes)
I'm currently sitting at 98 kg, while other people think that's the perfect weight for me, my friends, family.. I'm not satisfied with it.
I was at 85kg this summer, so close to having abs and gained weight again.
Now I'm preparing myself for another cut, but feels like now is harder to give up on food but I don't care.

I think for aesthetics 95kg should be good, but it depends on your bodyfat
