What's the better choice, undereye fillers or infraorbital implants

Implants: more invasive, long lasting
Fillers: less invasive, not permanent
Fat grafting: not permanent but lasting

I think I'd prefer fillers > the other two in the case of undereyes. I might need it for my slightly hollowing tear troughs.

But for undereye support obv implants.

how often do you have to get the undereye fillers redone?

I just don’t want to risk looking uncanny with implants. Is taban best for implants?

Eppley/Yaremchuk both have a great track record with custom infraorbital/midface/zygo implants. I’ve seen a lot of good results. They are pretty damn expensive though.
