Different phenotypes don't really show the skull size, they're more focused on pheno, so they zoom in on the head and face for everyone.

I'm speaking from experience, my congolese friend has a tiny skull, and his hairline is like a few fingers or 2.5

I'm not talking about african-americans though.

The only failo for any race is bad bones, simple. Race has nothing to do with cheekbones, jawline, height and frame. In terms of pheno specific weakness, lack of full beard, less protrusive brow ridge (not necessary if you have low set brows) and less contrast between eyebrows and skin colour (unless eyebrows and lashes are extremely dark).
