I’ve wasted a bunch of money on useless looksmaxxing shit like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, teeth whitening strips, etc.

Wasting money on skincare products.
All you need is Vitamin A pills, Tretinoin, a healthy and low glycemic diet, and good moisturizing sunscreen.

Vitamin A pills are effective and cheaper.
Vitamin A pills become toxic much quicker as it is vitamin A in its full form, while accutane is just a part of vitamin A

Atleast this is what I think, correct me if I’m wrong

Science doesn't have a consensus on its toxicity. I used to take 250K IU for a long time and i was fine.

Holy shit that’s a lot

Maybe I will give it a try

Could I just eat liver everyday for the same effect?

Yes, but I find liver to be disgusting.

Hyaluronic acid at least actually works as a supplement. It increases moisture retention in the skin.

Yeah, but HA supplements exerts its effects throughout the body.
I'm just wondering how noticable effect it has cuz if it's only minimal, is it really worth it?

My skin was the best when I was taking MK 677 and CJC, but for now vitamin c is also pretty good for me

I did it last year and going from always skinny kid to bulked up big guy was kinda nice

And although my face was fat and looked horrible, I still got attention just because of body halo

So it's really a trade off, face halo or body halo

Face halo is infinitely better

True, if you can get good enough face halo, if you're capped at MTN when lean, is it really better than body halo?
MTN is still human, if you trade your face for body and end up anything below then it’s not worth it.

I’m surprised by a lot of these comments ngl. My biggest mistake would probably be not doing the things I did sooner.

Using Retin-A (0.1%) every night, and then aggressively exfoliating the dead skin off my face with an abrasive sponge. This caused big permanent scars on my cheeks. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow to get my first laser treatment at a cosmetic dermatologist's office in Manhattan, as the cream he prescribed didn't work at all, despite using it religiously twice a day for 4 months. I'm not holding my breath that the laser will work either, even though it costs $750 a session.

I had the same issue with my skin products (referring to the scars). They all healed though.

You're lucky that your scars were superficial (probably epidermal). Mine went deep into the dermis, and nothing I've done so far has been able to remove them. They're worse than trying to remove a tattoo.
