What's the biggest predictor of how much muscle you can build

Not how the muscle will look (insertions or frame) but the actual amount of muscle you can build.

and I am currently training but I wanna get realistic expectations

with or without steroids

Your frame tends to be a good indicator. Are you a huge hulking beast? Or do you have wrists the size of the average american woman (like me. Rip.)

my wrist is 6.5-6.6 inches but I have wide clavicles and huge hands but I also have thin bones and a small skull kinda

I'm generally considered and treated weak and lowt looking bc of these thin bones

bones continue to thicken into 30s. My Father has a ring from when he graduated uni (mid to late 20s) and it no longer fits on his ring finger (now fits on his pinky, which is a significant change for an already large hand). Atleast that's my cope for my woman hands.
A plus is that any muscle we gain will look more dramatic
 
if youre thinking about hopping on roids, then there's something called the AR CAG-repeat length, which you can test for through a genetic test, basically shorter repeat length is correlated with higher androgen receptor sensitivity, but at that point just hop on and skip the hassle, as long as your training and nutrition are good youre probably gonna make good gains.

I didnt clarify and i guess i didnt read beyond the title either lol (or remember which thread i was in). Generally smaller bones cam't carry as much muscle. But those images are hopefuel. Still they aren't tanks but look aesthetic and attractivr (for the most part. that's more so proportions and insertions) which is the goal.
