Looks pretty lean from the front then from the side turns out his cheek is wider than the cheekbone, what's the cause for this?

Ye no its prob recessed maxilla bc he got nasal folds aswell

The other cheek is fine, it just goes down to the chin and the widest part is the cheek bone. You can see it in the video
